Chinese Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
1/4 c. onion
1 c. rice, cooked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. corn flakes
1 c. slivered almonds
1 stick butter
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except corn flakes, almonds and butter.
Mix and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine corn flakes, slivered almonds and butter in pot and cook until butter melts and coats well.
Pour over as topping and cook at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
