Low-Fat Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. liquid artificial sweetener
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. egg substitute or 1 egg white
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Shape into 3/4-inch balls, using 1 teaspoon dough per ball.
    Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Flatten with fork in crisscross pattern.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Serves 24 (2 cookies per serving).
    Each serving contains 86 calories, 2.64 g protein, 5 g fat, 0 mg chol. and 37 g sodium.
