Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

In a 2-quart pan, put oleo, water and cocoa.
Bring to a boil. Add flour, sugar and vanilla.
Put buttermilk, eggs and soda in separate bowl.
Beat well and add to cocoa mixture.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
