Aunt Cella'S Chicken Breasts In White Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breast, trimmed and pounded flat
    flour
    butter or margarine
    salt and white pepper
    white wine
Preparation
    Season flour with salt and pepper.
    Dredge chicken in flour. In a frying pan, saute chicken in melted butter until lightly brown on both sides.
    Add wine so it almost covers chicken.
    Cover and cook over low flame until tender, approximately 20 minutes. The wine and flour will have thickened into a light sauce.
