Supper In A Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. dry oregano
    1/4 lb. rotini or elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 c. shredded American-style cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion and celery in oil until onion is soft.
    Add other ingredients except cheese and parsley and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
    Just before serving, fold in American and Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
