Apricot Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. yogurt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. dried apricots, chopped
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar; add egg and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients; add alternately to creamed mixture with yogurt.
Mix well; add apricots.
Pour into greased 9-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Remove from pan; dust with powdered sugar.
