Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pared potatoes, finely grated and drained
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a bowl and mix well. Heat oil in skillet.
    Pour 1/2 potato mixture into skillet and cook over medium heat until bottom is browned.
    Turn and brown other side.
    Repeat with remaining mixture.
