Christmas Cookie Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 egg white
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift powdered sugar and cream of tartar in bowl.
Add egg white and vanilla.
Beat with mixer until glossy.
Add colors.
