Meatballs In Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey or ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1 pkg. instant chicken or mushroom gravy
1 Tbsp. Cream of Wheat or rice or 2 slices fresh bread, ground up
Preparation

Form into meatballs and cook until done, turning every so often.
Mix 1 can tomato soup with 1/2 can water.
Pour over meatballs.
Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Use tomato gravy over potatoes, if you wish.
Soup may be doubled, if you like lots of gravy.
