Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1 c. pecans
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed on box.
    Add 1/3 cup evaporated milk and 1/2 cup margarine to batter.
    Pour 1/2 batter into prepared 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Pour this over first layer of cake after baked.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans on next.
    Pour rest of batter over this.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
