Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. instant rice
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 can tomato soup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Place the vinegar and oil in bottom of pan or casserole.
    Mix beef, rice, onion, soup, salt and pepper.
    Form into oblong rolls, about 12 to 14 rolls.
    Place 12 to 14 cabbage leaves in boiling water to soften.
    Drain.
    Wrap each leaf around meat.
    Roll and place in dish; do not stack.
    Can be a little crowded.
    Fill tomato soup can with water and mix soup and water.
    Pour over rolls.
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Turn rolls after 1 hour.
    Bake the last 20 minutes, uncovered, at 350\u00b0.
