Eugene'S Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. lard
    1 1/2 c. sharp cheese
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Work in shortening and cheese with a pastry fork; stir in milk.
    Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 or 15 minutes.
    Use extra sharp cheese (sharp wine Cheddar).
