Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. size, softened)
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. (level) sugar
    1/4 to 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    cherry, blueberry or pineapple pie filling for toppings if you wish
Preparation
    Butter a 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
    Mix together and beat until smooth after each addition the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and almond extracts.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Mix sour cream and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    After baking cheese cake for 40 minutes spoon sour cream on cake and bake 10 minutes additional.
    Cool in oven for 1 hour with door open.
    Refrigerate overnight.
