Fruit Medley(For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water packed pineapple chunks or tidbits
    1 c. fresh orange slices
    1 c. diced, unpeeled apples
    1 c. canned, unsweetened, drained cherries
    1 c. plain, unsweetened low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, orange slices, apple and cherries in a medium bowl.
    Fold in yogurt.
    Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
    Yields 7 servings (2/3 cup).
