Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
2 to 3 lb. skinless, boneless chicken
3 pkg. yellow saffron rice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 Tbsp. margarine
3 oz. Colby or Cheddar cheese
3 oz. Mozzarella cheese
mushrooms or broccoli (optional)
Preparation
-
Boil chicken.
Cut into small pieces.
Add rice, garlic, salt and margarine.
Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
