Seafood Thermidor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish (may use cod, perch, pulcrum, ling cod, red snapper)
    1 small onion, quartered
    lemon slice
    1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. butter or oleo
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cut fish into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Poach in greased skillet with onion and lemon, covered with water, for 5 to 6 minutes.
