Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (30 oz.) can sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. evaporated milk
dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
Preparation

Drain and mash sweet potatoes; add sugar, flour and margarine and then add all other ingredients and beat well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 more minutes.
