Blueberry-Krisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Lucky Leaf blueberry pie mix (other fruit pie mix can be substituted)
1 c. biscuit mix or Bisquick
2 Tbsp. whipped oleo, rounded
pinch of salt
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation

Butter quart size casserole dish.
Pour can of blueberry pie mix into dish.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, oleo and salt.
Cut with pastry cutter or fork until mixture is crumbly (small pieces).
Add pecans to this mixture.
Sprinkle crumbly mixture on top of blueberry mix.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until crispy brown on top.
Serve warm with whipped cream or other topping.
Serves 6.
