Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 graham crackers, crushed
1 1/4 sticks butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 cans crushed pineapple
6 to 8 bananas
1 container Cool Whip
1 jar maraschino cherries
2 pkg. black walnuts
Preparation

Combine crackers and butter.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch container.
Blend together the cream cheese, sugar, egg and lemon juice.
Pour mixture over the crust.
Pour the pineapple on the cream cheese mixture.
Slice the bananas on the pineapple.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Place cherries and nuts on top.
Refrigerate.
