Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    6 slices bread, crusts trimmed
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cube bread.
    Brown sausage slightly.
    Drain, cool and crumble. Set aside.
    Beat eggs and add milk.
    Add remaining ingredients and sausage; pour into greased or buttered 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let set a few minutes before serving.
    Can be mixed in advance and kept in refrigerator and baked in the morning.
    Recipe can also be cut in half.
