Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (instead of sugar)
1/4 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. shredded coconut, toasted
Preparation

Work cheese with spoon until light and fluffy.
Mix Sweet 'N Low, grated rinds and walnuts.
Form into 12 balls about 1-inch diameter (8 grams).
Roll in toasted coconut.
Refrigerate.
Makes 12.
