Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread dough
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 egg
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded or cubed
Preparation
    Thaw bread dough.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute sausage. Drain sausage and save grease.
    Mix egg and cheese.
    Mix sausage with cheese.
    Roll out dough; divide mixture in half.
    Place in dough.
    Roll dough.
    Poke holes in top with fork.
    Brush with grease.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Enjoy.
