4 Hour Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    3 medium onions
    6 carrots
    1 stalk celery, cut up
    4 or 5 potatoes
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Place meat on the bottom of dish, then add vegetables.
    Mix tapioca, water and sugar; pour over top.
    Pour tomato juice over all.
    Bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
