Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until cake tests done. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
