Strawberry Angel Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unsweetened cocoa
    1 pkg. angel food cake mix
    water
    1 pt. strawberry frozen yogurt, softened
Preparation
    Heat oven to temperature as directed on cake package.
    Line 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with foil.
    Lightly sprinkle clean towel with cocoa.
    Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Spread batter in foil-lined pan.
    Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown and top springs back when lightly touched in center.
    Immediately
    invert cake onto towel sprinkled with cocoa.
    Remove baking pan; carefully remove foil. Starting at shorter end, roll up cake in towel; cool completely on wire rack.
    Unroll cooled cake; remove towel.
    Spread cake with yogurt; roll up again, rolling loosely to incorporate yogurt. Cover; freeze until firm, 3 hours or overnight.
