Speedy Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) cream-style corn
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. coarsely broken cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Mix corn, green pepper, onion, milk, salt, pepper and half of cracker crumbs in a buttered 1-quart casserole.
    Dot with oleo. Top with rest of crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
