Sweet-Sour Zucchini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 strips finely chopped bacon
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    2/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. shredded zucchini (1 lb. raw)
    sliced tomatoes, mushrooms and salad greens
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; remove from fat.
    In a saucepan, combine 1 tablespoon bacon fat with flour.
    Cook slightly.
    Add vinegar, water and seasonings.
    Cook and stir until thickened. Add cooked bacon pieces.
    Cool.
    Just before serving, toss dressing with shredded zucchini.
    Arrange tomato and mushroom slices on salad greens.
    Top with a mound of zucchini mixture.
