Spaghetti With Ricotta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    1 (15 oz.) Ricotta
    grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
    Drain; turn into warm serving dish or bowl.
    Stir in melted butter, then add Ricotta and toss gently to blend.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt and pepper.
    Garnish with a little chopped parsley.
    Serves 6.
