Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup chopped green onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1-1/2 cups grated Cheddar (may substitute Mozzarella)
    1/2 lb. boiled shrimp or crawfish tails, cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Separate triangles of rolls and place 5 in a 9 inch pie pan pressing seams together to form a crust.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour
    into crust.
    Roll out remaining triangles. Cut in 1/2 inch strips and make lattice effect on top of quiche. Bake at 325 degrees 50-60 minutes.
