Quick Tea Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted fat
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and milk.
    Mix dry ingredients together and add to liquid.
    Beat thoroughly and add melted fat.
    Add more flour to make a batter stiff enough to hold a spoon in at standing position.
    Drop by spoonfuls into deep fat at 375\u00b0.
    Remove when brown and roll in sugar.
