Carne Con Chile - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef steak, cubed
1 tomato, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 to 2 jalapenos, diced
1/2 tsp. ground garlic
1/2 tsp. comino, ground
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Brown meat; add tomato, onion and jalapenos.
Cook 20 minutes, adding garlic, comino and salt.
Add 1/2 tablespoon flour and brown; add 1/2 cup water or more to thicken forming a gravy. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
