Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped fine (optional)
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. or more chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream the margarine, oil and sugar.
Add the eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
Beat well with mixer.
Mix together all the dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture.
Stir in zucchini. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Top with chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 (until toothpick comes out clean).
