Chocolate Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    3/4 c. butter
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) chocolate morsels
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
    Heat brown sugar, butter and 2 tablespoons water to melt butter.
    Add the chocolate morsels; stir to melt.
    Beat in eggs. Stir in flour mixture.
    Drop by heaping teaspoons into greased cookie sheet or line with greased foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Yields 8 dozen.
    Sandwich together in pairs with 1 teaspoon of cream filling.
