Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    8 crackers, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
