Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. jam
    1 c. preserves (any kind)
    1 c. pecans
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 stick butter
    3 whole eggs
    1/2 box raisins
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon
    1/2 tsp. orange
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    (Line pan with wax paper for easy removal.)
