Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken breast
    4 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 c. chopped toasted almonds
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. grated onion
    2 c. mayonnaise (light Hellmann's)
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice (frozen)
    1 c. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
    2 c. chopped potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
    Pack it lightly in baking dish and sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Don't burn potato chips.
    Can be made night before.
    Serves 12.
