Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 broilers or fryers (about 2 lb. each), cut up
1 large onion, cut
2/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. vinegar
4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt
1 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Place chicken, skin side down in a single layer, in a buttered, shallow baking pan, top with onion slices.
Mix remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
Heat to boiling and pour over chicken.
Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) 30 minutes.
Turn chicken skin side up, baste with sauce in pan.
Continue baking, baste once or twice, 30 minutes longer or until tender or richly glazed.
