Roast Beef Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 lb. beef roast
    pepper and flour
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 soup cans water
Preparation
    Sprinkle beef lightly with pepper and flour; spread cooking oil in bottom of roaster.
    Place meat in roaster and sprinkle soup mix over roast.
    Add water and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender, 25 to 30 minutes per pound.
