Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 Tbsp. oil
5 c. sliced potatoes
6 slices cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Brown pork chops on one side in hot oil.
Place 1/2 potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with cheese slices and then remaining potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook onion in drippings in skillet until tender but do not brown.
Add soup and milk. Heat, then pour over chops.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
