Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 1/4 c. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 c. hot water
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook sugar, cornstarch and hot water until thick and clear; add egg yolks.
Remove from stove and add butter, lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
Pour into prepared crust shell; heap with meringue.
