Crisp Crusted Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 to 3 1/4 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
1 egg
1 Tbsp. milk
1 c. instant potatoes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. butter or margarine
celery leaves and thinly sliced celery for garnish
Preparation

Wash chicken pieces and pat dry.
Beat eggs and milk in bowl. In another bowl mix potatoes, garlic powder and grated cheese. Roll chicken first in egg mix, then in potato mixture.
Melt butter in shallow baking pan.
Roll coated chicken pieces in butter and place them skin side up in pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, or until juices from thighs run clear when pierced with fork. Serve with celery for garnish.
