Chili Louisiana-Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. hot ground sausage
    2 medium onions, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 whole clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 (15 oz.) cans New Orleans style kidney beans, drained
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients and brown in a large frying pan.
    Drain all excess fat.
