Beef And Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef, ground
1/2 lb. pork, ground
1/2 c. grated onion
1/2 c. rice
1 cabbage
3 c. tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine meats, salt, pepper, onion and rice and shape into rolls.
Remove the core from cabbage; place cabbage in 1 quart water in saucepan and steam until leaves begin to wilt.
Separate cabbage leaves and wrap meat rolls in a cabbage leaf.
Secure with toothpicks and place in a casserole dish.
Combine tomato sauce, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and pour over cabbage rolls. Cover casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the rice is done.
Makes 10 servings.
