Coffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. golden raisins
    2/3 c. strong perked coffee
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. Crisco
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine raisins, coffee and cinnamon; let stand.
    Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Mix and sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to mixture.
    Gradually add to this the coffee mixture. Spread the batter in greased shallow 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Try with a toothpick.
    While warm, spread with glaze.
