Mississippi Mud Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1/3 c. baking cocoa
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. baking cocoa
1 pkg. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine sugar, 1/3 cup baking cocoa, oil, eggs, 1/2 cup milk, flour, 1 tablespoon vanilla and salt in a mixer bowl; beat until smooth. Stir in 1 cup pecans. Spoon into a greased and floured 10 x 14-inch cake pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Sprinkle with marshmallows.
