Chunky Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut up
    1 c. water
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine potatoes, water, onion, celery and bouillon.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat.
    Cover; simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Mash potatoes slightly; do not drain.
