Lillian Hellman'S Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. piece of beef
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope dried onion soup mix
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 c. red wine
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Choose the beef you prefer.
    Place in a heavy pan.
    Smother the beef with all remaining ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours with a cover or foil.
    Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
