Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    16 oz. sour cream or 8 oz. sour cream and 8 oz. plain yogurt
    1 pouch dry vegetable soup mix
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
Preparation
    Squeeze spinach until dry.
    In medium bowl, stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, dry soup mix, water chestnuts and onions.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Can serve in hollowed out pumpernickel round loaf with bread pieces or with crackers or cut up assorted vegetables.
    Makes 3 cups.
