Shrimp Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (4-1/4 oz. ea.) shrimp, rinsed & drained
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. green onions, finely chopped
    2 tsp. sour cream
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    Assorted crackers
Preparation
    Finely chop the shrimp and place in a bowl.
    Stir in the remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
    Serve with crackers.
    Yields 1-1/2 c.
