Fresh Raspberry Pie(Can Use Strawberries If Preferred) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. crushed berries*
    1 c. water
    1 c. fresh berries, uncooked
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
    Add crushed berries and water.
    Cook at slow boil until consistency thickens and becomes clear.
    Cool.
